    Whenever a question goes past what you taught it, or whenever you say so. A good setup opens a private thread with the member and someone from staff, plus a short summary of the question, so the conversation picks up right where it left off.

    Yes. Give it a name, a picture and a personality, like a friendly owl, a hyped-up robot or a wise wizard. It chats in character and still answers from what you taught it, and it can even talk out loud in voice chat.

    Yes. Each conversation keeps its history, so follow-up questions just work. It can also save notes in its own database, like what each member is working on.
