Open an issue

camelRun is open source. Report bugs and request features in qaml-ai/run issues. Issues are public, so leave out tokens and private data.

camelRun

camelRun runs your AI agents at run.camelai.com. You can use it from the console, the SDKs, the CLI, or the ChatGPT and Codex plugin. For help with any of them, email support@camelai.com.

To disconnect the ChatGPT or Codex plugin, go to API tokens in the console and revoke it under Connected apps.

camelCode and other camelAI products

For camelCode (camelai.dev) and camelAI's data analytics products, email support@camelai.com. For a new team plan or a sales question, use the contact form.

Delete your data or account

You can delete a camelRun agent at any time from the console, with the CLI or SDK, or by asking the ChatGPT plugin to delete it. Deleting an agent deletes its conversation history and its own files; shared volumes you created are deleted separately.

To delete your whole account, or to get a copy of your data, email support@camelai.com from the address on your account and tell us which product it's for. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Report a security issue

Report it privately with GitHub’s vulnerability reporting on qaml-ai/run, or email support@camelai.com with "Security" in the subject line. Include the steps to reproduce and the impact. Please don't open a public GitHub issue for a vulnerability. Our Trust Center has our security controls and compliance status.
